Training Policies

The details that enable us to produce the best possible courses for you

Prerequisites

Many courses have qualifying prerequisites. The robust nature of our products mandates adherence to course requirements. It is incumbent upon the registering student or his or her employer to ensure all prerequisite conditions are met. If the student has not successfully completed all prerequisite courses, the student will not be permitted to continue in the course. Callidus Software, Inc. assumes no liability for declining a student's participation in a course if the student has not completed the mandatory prerequisite course material. The Manager of Global Education Services must approve all exceptions.

NOTE: Refunds will not be issued for any student not permitted to continue the course if the course instructor evaluates the student as being unqualified. Students who do not adhere to the prerequisite policy but who remain in the course will be charged full list price for each prerequisite course as defined in the course description, even though they have not taken the prerequisite courses.
